In this course, we will explore different aspects of good mental health as well as provide an overview of the major kinds of mental health disorders, their causes, treatments, and how to seek help and support.

This course also brings people out of isolation and into a safe and confidential community of people who understand and relate to how you are feeling. There is relief and hope in the knowledge that you are not alone.

This course will explore the causes and symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety, learn about brain chemistry and medication, hear about different types of counseling and therapy, share experiences and learn about the many things we can do to aid in our own recovery and continued well being.

This course is based on my own knowledge, which helped and assisted me and extensive research, reading, and learning and I bring it all to you with the desire to help you lead the life you deserve.
